Abstrak

Clean water is a fundamental need so it is often regulated by the government, as well in Palangka Raya City where clean water is mostly managed by Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (PERUMDAM) Palangka Raya. The aim of this research is to determine the reliability, vulnerability and resiliency of PERUMDAM Palangka Raya's clean water system as a reference to improving their quality in the upcoming period. The value is obtained based on PERUMDAM's competence to meet the minimum needs in terms of water discharge. Based on the research results, it is known that the reliability value is 54%, while the vulnerability value varies from 0,8% to 94% deficit. Also know the resiliency is on the value of 0,35.
