Water is a very vital need to support human life, clean water is the key to maintaining health, cleanliness and welfare, then PDAM as a service provider has an important role in providing water for the population. This is the case with PDAM Unit IKK Kereng Pangi in Taangkat Village. In the process, there are several challenges that become part of PDAM Kereng Pangi IKK Unit's efforts to continue to improve its performance and services, namely the level of water loss which can hinder or reduce the community's daily water needs, uncertain water needs in the future and the ability and level of service from PDAM IKK Kereng Pangi Unit to customers and the community which is still being questioned to this day. This research was conducted to determine the level of water loss (Losses), the level of water demand in Taangkat Village until 2035 and to determine the level of service capability of the Kereng Pangi IKK Unit PDAM in Taangkat Village. The methods used are water balance, arithmetic and geometric methods, macro scale service capability analysis with ratio analysis, service coverage analysis and statistical analysis of frequency percentage surveys of community (customer) satisfaction levels. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the level of water loss (Losses) is 15.46%, then the level of water demand for Taangkat Village in 2035 for customers is 2.76 liters/second, while for the population it is 3.46 liters/second, then the service capacity for customers in 2023 is 1,316%, while for the entire population it is 905%, then the service capacity in 2035 for customers is 724.64%, while for the entire population it is 578%. The service coverage (Coverage) was 13.72% and the level of customer service satisfaction (Customer Satisfaction) from 30 respondents was 46.7% satisfied with the PDAM service of the Kereng Pangi IKK Unit in Taangkat Village
