The construction of Duta Mall as a new shopping center to support economic growth in the city of Palangka Raya. One of the construction projects of Duta Mall Palangka Raya is the reinforced concrete column work in Block 1 where the work in question consists of reinforcement, formwork installation, casting and dismantling of formwork carried out by construction workers. This study aims to analyze worker productivity in reinforced concrete column work in Block 1 of the construction of Duta Mall Palangka Raya by calculating the Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) and determining the factors that influence worker productivity with the Validity Test of the Pearson Product Moment analysis method and the Reliability Test of the Cronbach Alpha analysis method. Based on the results of the research analysis, the Worker Utility Factor (LUR) of all column work in the construction of Duta Mall Palangka Raya is categorized as satisfactory because the LUR value is above 50%, where the highest Worker Utility Factor (LUR) is 79.58%, namely in the work of dismantling column formwork with a productivity value of 0.107 m2/minute and the smallest LUR is the work of casting columns of 63.82% with a productivity value of 0.149 m3/minute. The highest factor that affects worker productivity is the wage indicator where the coefficient is 0.953. While the age indicator has the lowest validation with a coefficient of 0.592 as an indicator of factors that affect skills and work productivity. The highest variable that affects worker productivity is the work experience variable where the reliability coefficient value is 0.90. While the age variable with a reliability coefficient value of 0.65 has the lowest reliability or level of confidence to be used as a variable that affects work productivity.
