ANALISA PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PEKERJAAN KOLOM BETON BERTULANG PADA GEDUNG BUNKER RUMAH SAKIT DORIS SYLVANUS PALANGKA RAYA

A hospital is a health effort that organizes health service activities and can be used for education of health workers and research. The location of this research is the construction of the radio therapy/cancer bunker building at Doris Sylvanus Regional Hospital, Central Kalimantan Province, Palangka Raya City.
This research will collect primary data, namely distributing questionnaires to workers containing questions related to things that influence worker productivity, and observations will also be carried out. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained only by studying information from books, journals and the internet. Grouping of work for each reinforced concrete column work item, namely work on installing reinforcement and formwork. This research uses 2 methods of analysis, namely quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative method is by measuring effective working time, contribution, ineffectiveness and total labor time, so that labor productivity can be measured by knowing the LUR value. Meanwhile, qualitative analysis uses a questionnaire instrument. This work is carried out by manufacturing, namely assembling column reinforcement until the reinforcement is complete and the work process is carried out outside the place or point of the column to be worked on
